The Institution has a well-defined hierarchy. The management of the institution is carried out by Army Welfare Education Society, which has created well-established policies on
institutional Management. The institute is controlled by Army channel of Administration. The Chairman of the Institute is the General Officer Commanding, Karnataka and Kerala Sub Area. The Principal, who is the head of the institution reports to the Chairman, through the Officer in Charge (AWES).
